Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Application Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) degree and a strong aptitude for technical problem-solving within the live entertainment and events industry. You will be responsible for supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing our event management software and related technical systems, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for event management applications and platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, creative, client services) to understand technical requirements and provide solutions.

Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of event-related software and hardware.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and training materials.

Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in event management software and live entertainment.
