Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the entire assembly line process for fitness and wellness equipment, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Conduct detailed quality control checks at various stages of assembly, identifying and rectifying defects to meet product specifications.
- Operate and maintain specialized machinery and tools used in the assembly process, ensuring their optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with the engineering and R&D teams to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production challenges, leveraging your M.Tech knowledge.
- Train and mentor junior assembly line staff on best practices, safety procedures, and operational techniques.
- Maintain accurate production records, including output, material usage, and quality metrics.
