Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of operational strategies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost optimization.
• Assist in project management for new initiatives and expansion plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless business operations.
• Contribute to market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Handle day-to-day operational tasks and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
