Manufacturing Operations Manager - Fitness & Wellness Startup (Chandigarh)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operations Manager to join our growing fitness and wellness startup in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc. degree and 1-3 years of experience who is eager to contribute to the production and operational efficiency of our innovative wellness products.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production of wellness products.

Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.

Collaborate with the production team to optimize workflows and identify areas for process improvement.

Maintain inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, coordinating with suppliers and logistics.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control procedures within the manufacturing facility.

Assist in the development and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.

Troubleshoot operational issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Support the research and development team in scaling up new product manufacturing.
