We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team in Vijayawada. This role is ideal for a recent LLB graduate eager to apply legal and analytical skills within the dynamic fitness and wellness industry. You will assist in ensuring our operations and client agreements are legally sound and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze contracts, agreements, and legal documents related to our fitness centers, vendor partnerships, and client services.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and national laws and regulations governing the fitness and wellness sector in India.
• Conduct legal research on specific issues pertaining to business operations, intellectual property, and consumer rights.
• Support the legal team in drafting and updating standard operating procedures and policy documents.
• Help manage and organize legal documentation and records.
• Liaise with external legal counsel when necessary.
