We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Manager with 1-2 years of experience and a B.Com degree to join our dynamic Urban Transport team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial for supporting our operational and strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless service delivery, and contributing to the growth of our self-drive car rental business.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operational activities, including fleet management, customer service, and on-ground operations.

Support the implementation of new service offerings and operational improvements.

Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement. Prepare reports for management.

Coordinate with various departments (e.g., marketing, technology, finance) to ensure smooth business operations.
