Job Description

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate with 2-3 years of experience in Crime and Arbitration, preferably with an M.Tech background, to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Gurgaon. This role will involve assisting in legal research, case management, and dispute resolution processes related to our complex projects and contracts within the defence sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a keen understanding of legal frameworks relevant to the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research on various aspects of crime and arbitration, focusing on defence procurement, contract disputes, and intellectual property rights.
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents, including arbitration notices, pleadings, and case summaries.
- Support senior legal counsel in managing arbitration proceedings, including evidence gathering and witness preparation.
- Analyze complex contractual clauses and identify potential areas of dispute or non-compliance.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal counsel, and regulatory bodies.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and legal databases.
- Stay updated with the latest legal developments and case law relevant to the defence and aerospace industry in India.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies.
