Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit & Control professional to join our team. This role will support the internal audit function in assessing the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with policies and procedures, and operational efficiency within the power sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements across various business units.
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal control systems.
- Perform testing of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Identify control weaknesses and provide practical recommendations for improvement.
- Document audit findings and prepare draft audit reports.
- Follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations.
- Support management in risk assessment activities.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes in the power sector.
