Bancassurance Manager (1-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Bancassurance Manager with a Doctorate/PhD to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing and managing strategic partnerships with financial institutions to drive bancassurance product sales and revenue within the urban transport sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced academic background and 1-3 years of experience to identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and implement innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive bancassurance strategies aligned with urban transport business objectives.
- Identify and cultivate strategic alliances with leading banks and financial institutions for product distribution.
- Analyze market data, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and product development needs.
- Design and implement innovative insurance products tailored for urban transport users and employees.
- Manage relationships with bancassurance partners, ensuring performance targets are met and service level agreements are adhered to.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of bancassurance sales, including product training, compliance, and customer onboarding.
- Conduct rigorous financial modeling and risk assessments for new bancassurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (marketing, sales, legal, operations) to ensure seamless integration of bancassurance offerings.
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all relevant financial and insurance laws in India.
