Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Packaging Designer with 3-4 years of experience, specifically with a B.Des degree, to join our team in Vadodara. This role will focus on developing innovative and sustainable packaging solutions for the beauty and personal care sector within the packaging and containers industry. You will be instrumental in translating brand concepts into functional, aesthetically pleasing, and commercially viable packaging.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop innovative packaging designs for beauty and personal care products, focusing on laminated tubes and other primary packaging formats.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs, prototypes, and mock-ups using industry-standard software.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and manufacturing teams to ensure designs meet brand objectives, technical specifications, and production feasibility.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitor packaging strategies in the beauty and personal care industry.
- Ensure all packaging designs comply with regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.
- Prepare design presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to stakeholders.
- Optimize existing packaging designs for cost-effectiveness and improved functionality.
- Work with material suppliers to select appropriate materials that meet aesthetic, performance, and sustainability criteria.
