Billing Executive Job Opportunity - Defence & Aerospace (1-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Billing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our Defence & Aerospace division in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Tech/B.E. degree and have a foundational understanding of billing processes within a complex industrial environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing of projects, supporting financial operations, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the finance department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and on time, based on project milestones, service delivery, and contractual agreements.
- Verify project completion data and ensure all required documentation is attached to invoices.
- Maintain meticulous billing records and ensure data integrity in the billing system.
- Liaise with project management teams to gather information on project progress and billing requirements.
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts receivable and identify any discrepancies.
- Handle client queries related to billing and provide prompt resolutions.
- Support in generating financial reports related to billing and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless billing operations.
