Branch Manager - 1-2 Yrs Experience

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Branch Manager with 1-2 years of experience to oversee our operations in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing branch activities, and ensuring excellent customer service within the packaging and containers sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and operational management skills, preferably with an MBA/PGDM qualification.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including sales, customer service, inventory, and logistics.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other stakeholders.
- Recruit, train, and motivate branch staff to ensure high performance.
