Business Development Manager - Power Generation

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Manager with 3-4 years of experience in the power generation sector to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in a relevant field and a strong understanding of the power generation landscape in India. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the growth of our power generation vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research new business opportunities in the power generation sector, focusing on renewable and conventional energy sources.

Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, independent power producers (IPPs), and other industry players.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and business cases for new projects and partnerships.

Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure successful project execution.

Contribute to the development of long-term business strategies for the power generation division.
