Business Head - Events / Live Entertainment Sector (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented Business Head with 3-4 years of experience in the Events / Live Entertainment sector. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Sc degree and have a proven track record in driving business growth, managing client relationships, and overseeing event execution. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence in Coimbatore and surrounding regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and client acquisitions.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the entire event lifecycle from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-event analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, creative) to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present business proposals, budgets, and performance reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for events.
