Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual to join our Business Intelligence & Analytics team as a Business Intelligence & Analytics - Other. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a B.Sc degree and 1-3 years of experience looking to build a career in leveraging data to drive business decisions within the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reports to track key business metrics.

Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources for analysis.

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide analytical support.

Support ad-hoc data requests and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Contribute to the continuous improvement of data collection and reporting processes.
