We are seeking a diligent and organized Buyer / Senior Buyer with 2-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ludhiana. This role is ideal for individuals with a 12th Pass qualification who are looking to build a career in procurement within the exciting Events and Live Entertainment industry. You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing event-related materials and services to ensure successful event execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and identify potential vendors for event supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring competitive pricing and quality.

Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with suppliers to achieve cost savings and favorable agreements.

Manage the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely availability of all required items for events.

Maintain accurate records of purchases, supplier information, and inventory levels.

Collaborate with event planning teams to understand their specific procurement needs and provide solutions.

Assist in evaluating vendor performance and building strong supplier relationships.

Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
