Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) management to join our team in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will assist in the design, implementation, and administration of competitive and cost-effective compensation and benefits programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market best practices within the metals and mining sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the annual salary review process, including data collection, analysis, and benchmarking.
Support the administration of employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Conduct market research and analysis on compensation trends and competitor practices.
Help in the preparation of compensation-related reports and presentations for management.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Respond to employee queries regarding compensation and benefits.
