Role Summary:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented C & B Management professional with a recent LLM degree to join our growing team. This role will provide foundational experience in compensation and benefits administration, policy development, and compliance within the dynamic software product industry. You will work closely with the HR team to support various C&B initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, market analysis, and job evaluation.
- Support the design and implementation of employee benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
- Help in the preparation of compensation and benefits-related reports and presentations.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to C&B.
- Contribute to the development and communication of C&B policies and procedures.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR information systems related to compensation and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
