Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates for various roles within the software product development lifecycle.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.

Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment progress.

Assist in onboarding new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events.

Support other HR-related tasks as assigned.
