This role is ideal for individuals with 2-4 years of experience who possess a unique blend of scientific understanding and a keen interest in technology and product development. As a Cadet Pilot, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand the intricacies of our software products, contribute to their evolution, and bridge the gap between pharmaceutical knowledge and technological innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in an intensive onboarding and training program focused on our software product lifecycle, development methodologies, and market positioning.
- Apply M.Pharma knowledge to understand the scientific and regulatory aspects relevant to our software products, especially those in the health-tech or life sciences domain.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to define product requirements, features, and user stories, leveraging analytical skills developed during pharmaceutical studies.
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis, with a focus on identifying industry trends and opportunities for product enhancement.
- Contribute to user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback from a scientific and end-user perspective.
- Develop a deep understanding of the software development process, including agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Engage in cross-functional projects, facilitating communication between technical teams and stakeholders with scientific backgrounds.
- Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, user guides, and training materials, ensuring clarity and scientific accuracy.
