Captain / Commander - Aviation Sector

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Captain / Commander, even with limited prior experience (0-2 years). This role is ideal for recent BBA/BBM graduates looking to enter the dynamic aviation industry. You will be involved in flight operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our flights, and supporting senior flight crew. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in airline management and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in pre-flight planning and checks, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Support the Captain in managing flight operations, including communication with air traffic control and ground staff.
- Monitor flight progress and make necessary adjustments in coordination with the Captain.
- Contribute to post-flight duties, including reporting and debriefing.
- Maintain high standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to flight operations.
- Participate in training programs to develop aviation management and piloting skills.
- Collaborate effectively with crew members and other stakeholders.
