Captain / Commander - Sports / Leisure & Recreation (Ahmedabad)

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage operational teams for various sports and leisure events.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, equipment management, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during all operations.
- Manage on-ground execution and troubleshoot any issues that arise during events.
- Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Liaise with stakeholders, including participants, sponsors, and local authorities, to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Contribute to the planning and strategizing of future events.
