Pharmacist - Sports / Leisure & Recreation Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Pharmacist with 2-3 years of experience to join our innovative team at Proactive Health & Wellness India Pvt. Ltd. in Thane. This role is crucial in managing and dispensing pharmaceutical products related to sports performance, injury recovery, and general wellness within our sports and leisure ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a BCA degree and a strong understanding of pharmaceutical management, coupled with an interest in technology and data management to optimize inventory and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Dispense prescription medications and provide accurate drug information to customers, focusing on sports-related injuries and performance enhancement.
- Maintain accurate records of all dispensed medications, inventory levels, and patient profiles using our internal software system.
- Manage pharmaceutical inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and ensuring proper storage conditions.
- Advise customers on the selection of over-the-counter medications and health products, recommending appropriate solutions based on their needs.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and coaches to ensure seamless integration of pharmaceutical support within our wellness programs.
- Utilize BCA knowledge to assist in data analysis for inventory management, sales trends, and customer feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide basic health consultations and advice on minor ailments and wellness practices.
