Junior Maintenance Head - Sports / Leisure & Recreation (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Maintenance Head to join our dynamic team in Kolkata. This role is ideal for a recent B.Sc graduate with a passion for the sports and leisure industry, eager to learn and contribute to the smooth operation of our facilities. The Junior Maintenance Head will assist in overseeing the upkeep and maintenance of all sports and recreational equipment and infrastructure, ensuring a safe and high-quality experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of routine maintenance schedules for sports facilities, equipment, and recreational areas.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance issues, safety hazards, and areas for improvement.
- Support the Senior Maintenance team in troubleshooting and resolving maintenance-related problems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory of spare parts.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repair or maintenance work as directed.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations within the facilities.
- Assist in managing the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Provide support during event setup and teardown, ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition.
