Foreman / Technician - Sports / Leisure & Recreation

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Foreman / Technician with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a postgraduate degree and a passion for sports and recreation. This role is crucial for the smooth execution and maintenance of our leisure facilities and sports events in Lucknow. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, and managing a small team to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance and operations staff.

Ensure all sports equipment and leisure facilities are maintained to high standards and are safe for use.

Conduct regular inspections and implement preventative maintenance schedules.

Manage inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies, and ensure timely procurement.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to facility operations and event setups.

Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, ensuring all technical requirements are met.

Train and guide junior technicians and operational staff.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
