Category Executive for BCA Graduates (0-2 Yrs)

Role Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Category Executive with 0-2 years of experience, preferably a BCA graduate, to join our dynamic team in Pune. This role will involve supporting the category management team in analyzing product performance, managing vendor relationships, and contributing to strategic category planning within the fast-paced telecom/ISP industry. You will gain hands-on experience in a critical business function, helping to drive growth and optimize our product offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis of sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify category opportunities and threats.
- Support the procurement process, including vendor communication, order placement, and inventory management.
- Help in developing and executing category strategies, including assortment planning and pricing recommendations.
- Prepare reports and presentations on category performance for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations) to ensure successful product launches and promotions.
- Maintain product information databases and ensure accuracy of product listings.
- Participate in supplier negotiations and performance reviews.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in the telecom/ISP sector.
