Catering Executive - Noida

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Catering Executive with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our catering operations, ensuring high-quality food services and exceptional guest experiences for our employees and visitors. This role requires a strong understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and event management, coupled with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. A postgraduate degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute catering services for internal and external events, meetings, and daily operations.

Manage food and beverage inventory, including procurement, storage, and cost control.

Ensure adherence to strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards (HACCP, FSSAI).

Supervise and train catering staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.

Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.

Prepare budgets and financial reports related to catering operations.

Handle client inquiries and feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.
