Catering Manager / Supervisor - Travel & Tourism Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Catering Manager / Supervisor with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our catering services, particularly for our travel packages and associated logistics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of food safety, inventory management, and client relations, coupled with a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of catering operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, beverages, and catering equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing waste.
- Ensure adherence to all food safety and hygiene standards, conducting regular inspections and training.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement of goods and services.
- Supervise and train catering staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and manage catering budgets, tracking expenses and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless catering services for travel packages.
- Implement and maintain efficient operational procedures and quality control measures.
