Channel Management - Corporate (Coimbatore) - 3-5 Yrs

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Channel Manager to join our dynamic team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and growing our corporate channel partnerships within the telecom and ISP sector. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of channel sales strategies and a proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with business partners. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach and driving revenue growth through effective channel management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new corporate channel partners (e.g., system integrators, value-added resellers, corporate tie-ups).
- Develop and implement channel sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth in the Coimbatore region.
- Manage existing channel partner relationships, providing support, training, and resources to ensure their success.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with partners and provide feedback and coaching.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for channel partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and manage sales forecasts and pipelines for channel partners.
- Ensure partners adhere to company policies and standards.
- Resolve partner issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Organize and conduct channel partner events and training sessions.
