Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Chennai. This role is crucial for providing excellent customer service and technical assistance to our clients within the packaging and containers industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their analytical skills and understanding of complex information systems, honed through an LLM education, to resolve queries efficiently and effectively. This position is for candidates with 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner, addressing technical and general product-related questions.

Utilize knowledge gained from LLM studies to understand and interpret complex customer issues, providing accurate and detailed solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to product specifications, order status, and service inquiries.

Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional support and building rapport.

Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.

Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and suggest improvements to products or services.

Stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends to offer informed support.
