Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) - 0-2 Yrs

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as a Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) with 0-2 years of experience. This role is ideal for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate looking to build a career in corporate accounting within the dynamic telecom sector. The CAO will gain exposure to critical financial operations and contribute to accurate financial reporting under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS.

Support the accounting team in daily transaction processing, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Participate in the reconciliation of bank statements and balance sheet accounts.

Aid in the month-end and year-end closing processes.

Assist in audit preparations and provide necessary documentation to internal and external auditors.

Learn and apply accounting software and ERP systems.

Contribute to ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as required.
