This role is ideal for an individual with a Master's degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience in the telecommunications or ISP sector. You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Electronic Toll Operations (ETO) within our network infrastructure, ensuring efficient and reliable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Electronic Toll Operations (ETO) systems and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ETO with other network services.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures for ETO management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ETO, ensuring minimal downtime.
• Analyze ETO data to identify trends, optimize performance, and generate reports.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
