Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Urban Transport

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing urban transport startup in Mangalore. This role is ideal for a finance professional with 3-5 years of experience, a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, and a passion for the transportation sector. The CFO will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and ensuring the fiscal health of our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial resources.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and tax laws in India.
