Chief Legal Officer (CLO) (1-3 Yrs Experience)

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Legal Officer (CLO) with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a candidate with a B.Com background who is looking to gain foundational experience in corporate law within the metals and mining sector. The CLO will support the senior legal counsel in various legal and compliance activities, ensuring adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and managing a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate resolutions.
- Conduct legal research on various corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters relevant to the mining and metals industry.
- Support the compliance team in monitoring adherence to statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and government agencies as required.
- Maintain organized legal records and databases.
- Provide administrative support to the legal department, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports.
- Learn and apply knowledge of Indian corporate law, contract law, and relevant industry-specific regulations.
