Chief Safety Officer (CSO) (3-4 Yrs) | Chandigarh

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Chief Safety Officer (CSO) with 3-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of safety and security across all our event operations, from initial planning through to execution and post-event analysis. This role requires a strong understanding of safety regulations, risk assessment, and emergency preparedness, with a background in B.Pharma providing a unique perspective on health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety plans and policies for all events.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for venues, activities, and potential hazards, identifying mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national safety regulations and laws.
- Oversee the implementation of safety procedures during event setup, execution, and teardown.
- Train event staff and volunteers on safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Manage incident reporting, investigation, and resolution processes.
- Coordinate with external agencies (e.g., fire department, medical services) as needed.
- Maintain safety records and documentation.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization and at event sites.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to communicate safety requirements and plans.
