Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Safety Officer (CSO) with a strong legal background to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the safety and security of our operations, customers, and employees within the travel and tourism sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience and a Master of Laws (LLM) degree, with a focus on relevant legal areas such as corporate law, regulatory compliance, or risk management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety policies and procedures across all company operations.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential safety hazards and legal liabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable local, state, and national safety regulations and laws.
- Investigate safety incidents, accidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with legal counsel and external regulatory bodies on safety-related matters.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on safety protocols and best practices.
- Monitor industry trends and legal developments to proactively update safety measures.
- Manage emergency response plans and ensure their effectiveness.
- Advise management on legal risks associated with safety and security issues.
- Maintain accurate records of safety training, inspections, and incident reports.
