Civil Servant (Surat)

Role Summary: We are seeking a diligent and analytical Civil Servant with 3-5 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our Surat branch. This role involves understanding and applying government regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to the banking and financial services sector. You will be instrumental in ensuring compliance, liaising with government bodies, and contributing to strategic decision-making from a regulatory perspective.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and interpret government policies, laws, and regulations impacting the BFSI sector in India.
- Ensure organizational compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to government agencies and regulatory bodies.
- Liaise with local and national government departments, officials, and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and analysis on policy changes and their potential impact on business operations.
- Advise internal teams on regulatory matters and provide guidance on compliance.
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to navigate the regulatory landscape.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes and best practices in public administration and governance.
