The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, and liaising with insurers and third parties. This role requires a strong understanding of claims procedures within the metals and mining sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process insurance claims accurately and efficiently.
• Investigate claim details, gather necessary documentation, and assess liability.
• Communicate with policyholders, claimants, and third parties to obtain information and resolve queries.
• Liaise with insurance adjusters, legal counsel, and other external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate claim records and ensure timely updates in the claims management system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant insurance regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation of reports related to claim trends and settlements.
