Role Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and legally-minded Client Retention Specialist with 3-4 years of experience to join our team in Ludhiana. This role is crucial for nurturing and strengthening our relationships with existing clients in the dynamic biotechnology sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their legal background (LLB) to ensure client satisfaction, manage contractual obligations, and proactively address any concerns that might impact retention. You will be the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their continued success and loyalty to our innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective client retention strategies in collaboration with sales and account management teams.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, challenges, and objectives within the biotechnology space.
- Review and interpret client contracts, ensuring compliance with all legal and commercial terms, and advising on potential risks.
- Mediate and resolve client disputes or grievances with a legally informed and empathetic approach.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and performance reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Analyze client feedback and usage data to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams (legal, R&D, operations) to address client-specific issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and communication logs.
- Stay abreast of industry regulations and legal developments relevant to the biotechnology sector in India and globally.
