Financial Analyst - Any Graduate Professionals (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and analytical Financial Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our Finance team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting financial planning, analysis, and reporting activities. This role requires a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights to support business decisions within the biotechnology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for deviations from budget and forecast.
- Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making, including pricing analysis, investment appraisal, and scenario planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather financial information and ensure data accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the finance function.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
