Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic IT Support professional with 0-2 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. As an IT Support - Other, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations for our scientific and administrative teams. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent B.Tech/B.E. graduate to gain hands-on experience in a leading biotechnology company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Respond to IT support tickets and service requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new user accounts and workstations.
- Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
- Document IT procedures, solutions, and user guides.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing projects and system upgrades.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
