Leadership Recruiter - Biotechnology Sector (2-3 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Leadership Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team. This role will focus on identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier leadership talent within the dynamic biotechnology sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of executive search methodologies and a keen ability to build robust talent pipelines. A foundational legal understanding, evidenced by an LLB degree, will be advantageous in navigating complex hiring processes and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to understand critical hiring needs and define profiles for executive roles.
