Role Summary:
Tally Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Co-Pilot / First Officer / Second Officer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This role is crucial in supporting our legal and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and assisting in the strategic navigation of our business operations from a legal perspective. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law and a proven ability to manage complex legal documentation and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the drafting, review, and negotiation of various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policy documents.
- Conduct legal research on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and other relevant areas pertinent to the accounting and auditing industry.
- Support the legal team in managing litigation, dispute resolution, and compliance matters.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory and regulatory requirements, including those related to data privacy and intellectual property.
- Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel to gather information and provide legal support.
- Maintain and organize legal records and documentation.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance on legal risks and advise on mitigation strategies.
