The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving the company's debt collection and recovery processes. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of financial recovery principles, particularly within the urban transport sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collection strategies to minimize delinquency and maximize recovery rates.
- Manage a portfolio of overdue accounts, identifying and prioritizing high-risk cases.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the collection team, providing guidance and support.
- Analyze collection data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential risks.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements related to debt collection.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers in default.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as Legal and Operations, to resolve complex recovery issues.
- Prepare regular reports on collection performance, recovery metrics, and aged debt analysis.
- Utilize CRM and collection software to track progress and manage accounts effectively.
- Train and mentor junior collection staff.
