Role Summary: We are seeking a motivated Compensation & Benefits - Other professional with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will support the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and a Master of Science degree.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the analysis and benchmarking of salary structures, incentive plans, and other compensation elements.
- Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and statutory benefits.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices.
- Prepare reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends and recommendations.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and other stakeholders to address compensation-related queries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of compensation and benefits processes and systems.
- Support ad-hoc projects related to total rewards.
