Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical individual with 3-4 years of experience to join our team as a Competition Risk Analyst. This role is crucial in identifying, assessing, and mitigating competitive risks within the metals and mining sector for our operations in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscapes, and risk management principles, and will not require a postgraduate degree.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape in the Indian metals and mining sector, focusing on key players, market share, pricing strategies, and emerging threats.
- Develop and implement frameworks for identifying and quantifying competitive risks across various business units.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements that could impact our competitive position.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management on competitive risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including strategy, legal, and operations, to integrate competitive risk considerations into business planning.
- Assist in the development and execution of risk mitigation plans, including scenario analysis and contingency planning.
- Maintain a database of competitive intelligence and risk incidents.
- Stay updated on best practices in competition law and risk management within the industry.
