Construction Safety - M.Tech Required

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Construction Safety professional with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Tech degree to oversee safety protocols during the construction of our new packaging facility in Noida. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and enforcing safety regulations to ensure a hazard-free work environment for all personnel involved in the project. This role requires a strong understanding of construction safety principles and practices, coupled with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive safety plans and procedures for the construction site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Investigate any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide safety training and toolbox talks to construction workers and site personnel.
- Ensure all construction activities adhere to relevant Indian safety standards and legislation.
- Maintain accurate safety records, including inspection reports, incident reports, and training logs.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address safety concerns and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Promote a strong safety culture throughout the construction project.
