Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, concise, and compelling copy for various digital touchpoints, including website pages, mobile app interfaces, email campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and translate them into user-centered content.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice.
• Conduct content audits and user research to identify areas for improvement and optimize content for clarity and engagement.
• Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and factual accuracy.
