Content Moderator - Accounting / Auditing (0-1 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team in Mangalore. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates with an M.Sc degree looking to kickstart their career in the accounting and auditing sector. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating various forms of content to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content, internal documents, and other digital assets for accuracy, appropriateness, and adherence to guidelines.
- Identify and flag any content that violates policies, including but not limited to, misinformation, offensive material, or copyright infringements.
- Escalate complex or sensitive content issues to senior team members or relevant departments for resolution.
- Maintain a consistent and objective approach to content moderation, ensuring fair and unbiased decision-making.
- Document moderation decisions and provide feedback to improve content guidelines and moderation processes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of content moderation strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulations relevant to accounting and auditing content.
