Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs professional with 2-4 years of experience to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will support the company's corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement activities within the dynamic BFSI sector. This role is crucial in ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory frameworks and facilitating smooth corporate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and filing of regulatory reports and submissions to bodies like SEBI, RBI, and stock exchanges.
- Support the organization of board meetings, committee meetings, and general shareholder meetings, including drafting minutes and ensuring compliance with procedural requirements.
- Maintain statutory registers and corporate records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct research on corporate laws, regulations, and best practices relevant to the banking and financial services industry.
- Liaise with internal departments, legal counsel, and external agencies on corporate affairs matters.
- Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory frameworks and advise management on potential impacts.
- Assist in corporate secretarial functions, including company name changes, registered office updates, and other statutory filings.
- Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and procedures.
- Handle general correspondence and administrative tasks related to the corporate affairs department.
